The sweets for holidays and Sundays

Long-rise breads at Christmas and Easter, nougat, pastiera, gelato cakes for occasions and crepes all year. The same raw materials as the gelato.

The crepe, all year round

The lab bakes, but the crepe griddle is always on. They are made to order on the hot plate, with our own hazelnut cream or with Nutella for those who prefer it.

The version with gelato inside is the one Grottaferrata teenagers order in summer, on their way out of the piazza.

Questions about the sweets

How long does the panettone keep?

Thirty days from the date on the label, sealed in its bag. It has no preservatives: it keeps less than the industrial kind, and that is why it smells better.

Do you make gluten-free sweets?

Gluten-free gelato cakes and pastiera are made to order. The risen breads no: gluten is the structure of a panettone.

Do you ship panettone?

No. They are picked up in the shop in Grottaferrata or Frascati. For corporate gifts we prepare the boxes and deliver in the Castelli Romani.
