Which data and why
Through the site form we collect name, email, phone, the date or period of the request and the message. They serve to reply: to a booking, a quote, a question. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
If you tick the second box, we use your email to send news from the lab, a few times a year. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us.
For how long
Request data is kept for as long as it takes to reply and handle the booking, and in any case no longer than twelve months. Addresses for the news are kept until consent is withdrawn.
Who receives it
Nobody outside Tatino, except the provider hosting the site and the mailbox, which processes data on our behalf. Data is not sold and does not leave the European Union.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing. Write to info@tatinolab.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
